Flat Rate: 660 JPY (tax included) nationwide within Japan.

Free shipping on orders of 10,000 JPY or more.

Payment Methods & Timing

• Payment Methods: Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Convenience Store Payment (FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart).

• Payment Timing: Payment is processed immediately upon product order confirmation.

  *For Convenience Store Payment: Please complete the payment within 3 days of your order. Products will be shipped and the gift URL will be issued only after the payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timing

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

If you prefer the fastest possible delivery, please select "No Date Specified" (指定なし).

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

Please note that we cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for DIGITAL TICKET, GIFT CARD, EXPERIENCE GIFT, or HAIR CARE GIFT due to customer convenience (e.g., cancellation of travel to Japan, or if the gift recipient is unable to receive the treatment).

The validity period for digital tickets and gift cards is 6 months from the date of order. Please make a reservation and enjoy your experience within this period.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at head_spa_zen@enli.co.jp.

For damaged or incorrect items, please return them via cash-on-delivery (着払い - pay upon receipt) to the following address:

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations will only be processed if the product is defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
