Usage / Safety Precautions
1. Receiving Your Ticket
After completing your purchase, a dedicated URL for your ticket will be sent to your registered email address.
(You can also check it on your My Page.)
*No physical tickets will be mailed.
*For convenience store payments, an email will be sent after payment is completed.
2. Sending the URL / Making a Reservation
Whether you are using it yourself or giving it as a gift, simply send the ticket URL to the recipient via email or social media. Opening the URL will lead to a link to a reservation site; please make a reservation for your visit date there.
3. Presenting Your Ticket on the Day
Upon arrival, please present the ticket on your smartphone screen at the reception.
There is a "Use" button at the bottom of the screen; however, this will be operated by the store staff after verification.
